1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Account information - Email address and display name (via email signup or OAuth providers such as Google and GitHub).
• Brand data - Brand names, industry categories, and competitor information you configure for monitoring.
• Usage data - PromptRank check results, query history, and analytics generated from LLM responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Vyzibl AI visibility analytics service, including running PromptRank checks and generating insights.
• To display cost breakdowns and usage analytics in your dashboard.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, scheduled reports) via Resend.
• To process billing and subscriptions via Polar (our merchant of record).
• To improve the service and fix issues.

3. LLM Query Data

When you run a PromptRank analysis, Vyzibl sends prompts to AI models via free NVIDIA NemoTron models on OpenRouter. You do not need to provide your own API keys. The queries and responses are processed to calculate scores and generate insights. We store the results (scores, mentions, sentiment) but do not retain the raw LLM responses beyond processing.

4. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
• Database access is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies - users can only access their own data.
• Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with secure session management.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase - Database, authentication, and real-time services.
• Vercel - Application hosting and deployment.
• Polar - Merchant of record for payment processing, tax compliance, and multi-currency billing.
• Resend - Transactional email delivery.
• OpenRouter - AI model access via free NVIDIA NemoTron models for visibility checks.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Supabase Auth sets secure, HTTP-only cookies to maintain your login session.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or request a copy by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
