Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Vyzibl is an AI visibility analytics platform that measures how brands appear in AI-generated responses across large language model (LLM) providers. The service includes PromptRank scoring, competitor tracking, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated insights. Visibility checks run via free NVIDIA NemoTron models on OpenRouter at no cost to you.

2. Account Registration

To use Vyzibl, you must create an account using a valid email address or an OAuth provider (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. AI Model Access

• Visibility checks run via free NVIDIA NemoTron models on OpenRouter. You do not need to provide your own API keys.
• There is no cost to you for running visibility checks.
• Vyzibl manages the AI model access on your behalf.

4. Founders Club & Lifetime Access

The first 1,000 registered users are eligible for Founders Club membership, which grants lifetime free access to Vyzibl platform features. Each founder receives a unique badge number. Lifetime access applies to the current and future features of the Vyzibl platform.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans (if applicable beyond Founders Club) are billed via Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payment processing, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and supports multiple currencies — pricing is automatically localized to your region. Subscription billing cycles, cancellation, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of LLM provider terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the service beyond normal usage patterns.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Vyzibl analyses are based on AI-generated responses which may vary over time and across providers. PromptRank scores, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Business decisions should not be based solely on Vyzibl analytics without independent verification.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vyzibl platform, including the PromptRank algorithm, user interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vyzibl. Your brand data, analysis results, and reports remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyzibl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vyzibl (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
