Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings → Billing).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
  • You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • Refunds for billing errors or service outages that prevent use of the platform are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • To request a refund, contact hello@vyzibl.ai with your account email address and the reason for the request.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Renewals: If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full refund of the renewal amount.

3. Founders Club

Founders Club lifetime access is provided free of charge and does not involve any payment. Because no payment is collected for Founders Club membership, no refund is applicable. Founders Club members are still responsible for any LLM API costs billed directly by their chosen providers.

4. Disputes

We encourage you to contact us at hello@vyzibl.ai before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We aim to resolve all billing issues within 48 hours.
